Stole $160 from me!!
Called and cancelled subscription following month got charged AGAIN spoke to customer service explained I had cancelled and at that time I couldnt find the cancellation number so rep said he couldnt help me since I didnt have the number but assured me it was then cancelled gave me another cancellation number. Following month charged again!!
CALLED AGAIN now I had three cancellation numbers rep said he did not need them and cancelled again got another number!! So Im total $159.80!!
Have all the people I talked to even Supervisors Dates and times and still they refuse to refund me MY MONEY!!! Scammers!!

DISPUTE AND STOP CHARGES
I called customer service to let them know that I never did order this program because I am with LifeLock and with credit karma and Xperia so I don't need this service and he said that I signed up for it I don't recall signing up for it I remember feeling out information because equal facts had a data breach and I was doing the research on the data breach not knowing that I was signing up for their service so I was kind of mislead thinking that I was handling Equifax credit report not knowing that I was signing up for this credit monitoring service so I asked for a refund and cancellation and the customer service rep went all around the world to express to me that it's up to the administration if they want to refund me money that I did not give consent for them to pull he was very polite and professional with it while he was doing it though but I still want it full refund.
